Returns & Exchanges Policy

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
We will happily agree to accept returns or exchanges. As long as you comply the following policy:
- Only garments in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags will be accepted.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days from the day of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns/exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for return shipping label costs.
- Exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge.
- Sale category garment(s) are final sale and non-refundable.
KEEP IN MIND that refunds are outsourced and processed through a third-party. The Company is not responsible for any losses and/or damages caused directly or indirectly by any third-party. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
